Orders placed **before 17:00 (CET)** on business days get shipped **same-day**.

- 🇳🇱 Netherlands: 1 business day delivery  
- 🇪🇺 EU countries: 1–4 business days  
- 🌍 Rest of world: 5–10 business days  

All shipments include track & trace.  
Delays due to customs or carriers are out of our hands — but we always help where we can.
